Laughter.

One of my favorite things about my job is the opportunity to meet so many new people.

I truly feel that my most successful shoots are when I get to know the client, and truly capture who they are.

That is exactly what happened with this shoot.

This shot was the first one of the day. I asked them to turn around and face the mountain and put their arms around each other. They started busting up laughing at me, and kept turning around to make sure I wasn't going to pull out a gun and shoot them. For that reason, I just had to post it.

Even though yesterday didn't turn out exactly as we had planned, I still love you and had an amazing anniversary! Thank you for loving me, and sticking by my side. I can't wait to celebrate the many years to come!

Hot chocolate wrapped in a blanket is my kind of morning.

The weather in Arizona has suddenly decided to become very, VERY cold! Today the expected high is 67! Brrrrrr! But I love winter in Arizona. Hot chocolate every day, is my favorite part.

Caitlin contacted me back in June about getting some family photos done for her dads Fathers day present. It is now the last week in October, and we finally found a date that worked for everyone involved!

This family was such a blast to shoot! They all had so much energy and a great sense of humor! You know when they start suggesting shots and giving ideas, the shoot is going so well! Whenever Caitlin would be giving her beautiful smile, her brother Chris would be goofing off! I am lucky that I got the good shots I did :)

Love surrounds us all, you just have to reach out and grab it.

This morning I called my sister and told her that flights to Las Vegas were only $25 one way....less than thirty minutes later I was booking flights for my family! I am so excited to go visit her!

Kaylee is a dear friend of mine. I met her on my first day of high school, and I was instantly drawn to her. She is the type of person that I won't see for a while, but when we reunite, we pick up exactly where we left off. She is the person I can always depend on for a late night talks about the complexities of life. I pretty much love her a whole lot. She also has one of the most beautiful children I have ever laid eyes on....so everyone, please meet Kaylee&Tobie!

My friend Gina asked me to come hang out and shoot with her over the weekend. Kalynne makes my job so easy. She is absolutely beautiful and isn't afraid to stare down the camera, which I love :) Thanks so much for having me along Gina, I think I'll just let the pictures do the talking though.
